**The Saddle Sore Ranch is a private ranch and our gatherings are all private parties. You MUST have an invitation to attend. To request an invitation, fill out the request below;

Upcoming Private Parties at SSR

October 16th thru 18th, 2020 – SHINETOBERFEST and the WEST COAST RENDEZVOUS join forces for one big bang!!! – Moonshine, Motorcycles & Mayhem. A private party celebrating the homemade, handmade and homegrown arts & crafts, and independent music of all genres. All indie artists are welcome to perform. Activities include onsite camping, the Rusty Nuts ride-in chopper and rat rod show, flat track racing, biker rodeo, World’s largest outdoor stripper pole and our nightly campfire parties. Vendors are limited to handmade, homemade, vintage and unique items. Located right in between Kingman and Laughlin, near Oatman. Centrally located for some awesome day rides including Route 66, Hualapai Mountain, Oatman, AZ, Needles, CA, Hoover Dam, the Grand Canyon, the Mohave Rattlesnake (222 curves in 10 miles) and much more. All bikes and riders welcome. Limited RV spots (no hookups). Neutral ground, private property.

March 27th, 2021 – Freebird Music & Art Festival. CALLING ALL ARTISTS – Freebird will be held Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 10am until 10pm. For those wishing to camp, early arrivals are permitted as of Friday, the 26th and can stay until Sunday at 10am. Campfire party Friday night, and Saturday night. Camping is free with your applicable admission. Feel free to bring your instruments for an open jam session around the bonfire both nights!!!

Freebird Music & Art Festival was created as an outlet for independent, original artists to perform or display their works in a setting full of like-minded individuals. The host location, Saddle Sore Ranch is a privately owned, off-grid event venue that hosts several annual events of different themes. From biker events, to off-road events, to a moonshine & chili competition, and of course, the Freebird Music Festival. All of the events, regardless of theme, are open to everyone that can show mutual respect to all other attendees. Proceeds from Freebird are donated to local children’s music programs in the Kingman and Bullhead City areas, including public school music departments and music programs.
Typically speaking the events at the Saddle Sore Ranch include weekend camping, games and activities, open flat track, nightly campfire parties, live entertainment and more. The Freebird Music & Arts Festival is open to ALL AGES. Onsite tent camping is OPTIONAL, but is FREE with admission. Cars, Trucks, RV’s and Trailers will incur a separate parking fee. Motorcycles always park for free at all of our events. There are no RV hookups on property.

April 22rd thru 25th, 2021 West Coast Rendezvous old school biker rally, featuring the national finals for the Blue Collar Build Off. This event is for adults 21 and up ONLY. Three days of music, games, activities, biker rodeo, adult fun, onsite camping, nightly campfire parties, “World’s largest Outdoor Stripper Pole”, flat track racing, select vendors, 3 custom bike shows and more… All makes and models of motorcycles, rat bikes and rat rods are welcome. Located right in between Kingman and Laughlin, near Oatman. Centrally located for some awesome day rides including Route 66, Hualapai Mountain, Oatman, AZ, Needles, CA, Hoover Dam, the Grand Canyon, the Mohave Rattlesnake (222 curves in 10 miles) and much more. Our proximity to Laughlin makes an easy ride to grab one of their tshirts, or catch a concert. Neutral ground, private property.

September 17th thru 19th, 2021 – Southwest Adventure Fest dual sport, adv, SxS, 4×4 and off road weekend. Open to all off road vehicles. Three days of off road games, activities, trail riding, and nightly campfire parties. Guided and Self-Guided trail rides daily.

All private parties held at our properties are charitable in nature, to promote our Purpose, and thereby, all monies collected from the use of our facilities, are donations. Any and all temporary vendors who set up at our locations and/or private parties are unaffiliated with the ownership, and are responsible for themselves. We simply authorize them to use our locations.***
