“How many people are coming?” – Let’s go ahead and get that out of the way, first thing. The answer is, we never know. Could be hundreds over the course of a weekend, could be thousands. Our location is the key. We are right on a very popular section of Historic Route 66 for motorcyclists, sports car enthusiasts, classic car enthusiasts and Route 66 travelers in general. We get lots of people who stop in during the events, just because they were driving by and see the activity. This is why we keep the entry FREE during the day. To help support the vendors. Many vendors choose to remain open at night also, as we have guests that camp onsite for the events. We wish we had more of a guarantee of attendance. It would make our job much easier, and we would be able to charge much higher vendor fees. The uncertainty on attendance numbers is why our fees are so low. We refuse to inflate those numbers (like some promoters do), or mislead vendors, just to get a bigger check from you. Hope this helps.
STANDARD VENDOR: Includes one 12′ x 12′ vendor space with one attendant, one 8′ x 12′ vehicle parking spot, one free party pass, two raffle tickets, and a free weekend tent camping spot. All for only a $100 contribution. Additional staff members are $50 each for the weekend. (If you are approved, a non-refundable $50 deposit will be required to hold your spot. Balance due upon your arrival.)
PREMIUM VENDOR: Includes TWO 12′ x 12′ vendor spots together, for 12′ x 24′ total. Up to two attendants, one 10′ x 40′ rv/trailer parking spot in our rv area, two free party passes, and two raffle tickets. All for only a $250 contribution. Additional staff members are $50 each for the weekend. (If you are approved, a non-refundable $100 deposit will be required to hold your spot. Balance due upon your arrival.)
SWAP MEET SPACE is FREE (with paid admission) for one vendor space up to 10′ x 20′, with one attendant, and one 8′ x 12′ vehicle parking space next to your booth. Swap meet space is limited to USED motorcycle and car parts and accessories. No application, reservation or deposit is required for swap meet space.
