Vendors at our events are usually limited to things that are “Homemade, handmade or homegrown”… For example, woodwork, leatherwork, jewelry, art, jellies, candles, sauces, meat rubs, etc. Depending on the product, and the event, some exceptions can be made. We have achieved worldwide recognition, nationwide media attention, notoriety, and a solid fanbase in a very short time. However, our venue and events are still rather new, so we are unable to predict attendance. It is a guessing game, at best. So, while we can never guarantee how many people will be in attendance at any given event, what we can guarantee to our vendors is this;
- LOW VENDOR RATES
- VENDOR EXCLUSIVITY – no other vendor will be allowed to sell the same product you are selling.
- FIRST CHOICE NEXT YEAR – previous year’s vendors get first shot at retaining their spot at the SAME RATE the following year. As our events increase in attendance every year, this allows your spot to grow as our events grow, without any rate increase.

If you want to apply to be a vendor, download our vendor agreement below. If there is anything on the application you are unsure of (insurance or license numbers, etc) just put “Will Provide”. Do NOT leave it blank. After filling it out, send it to Rob@SaddleSoreRanch.com
