STANDARD VENDOR: Includes one 12′ x 12′ vendor space with up to two attendants, one 8′ x 12′ vehicle parking spot next to your booth, two free party passes, two raffle tickets,  and a free weekend tent camping spot.  All for only a $50 contribution. (If you are approved, a non-refundable $25 deposit will be required to hold your spot. Balance due upon your arrival.)

PREMIUM VENDOR: Includes TWO 12′ x 12′ vendor spots together, for 12′ x 24′ total. Up to two attendants, one 10′ x 40′ rv/trailer parking spot in our rv area, two free party passes, and two raffle tickets. All for only a $150 contribution. (If you are approved, a non-refundable $50 deposit will be required to hold your spot. Balance due upon your arrival.)

SWAP MEET SPACE is FREE (with paid admission) for one 12′ x 12′ space, with one attendant, and one 8′ x 12′ vehicle parking space next to your booth. Swap meet space is limited to USED motorcycle and car parts and accessories. No application, reservation or deposit is required for swap meet space.

Vendors are required to bring everything they need to set up their space. Tents, tables, chairs, displays, lighting and power source. Solar, and battery operated lamps, lanterns and lighting are acceptable. You will most likely want to continue vending after dark, and will need lights. Generators welcome.

    Aside from motorcycle parts and accessories, vendors at our parties are usually limited to things that are “Homemade, handmade or homegrown”… For example, woodwork, leatherwork, jewelry, art, jellies, candles, sauces, meat rubs, etc. Depending on the product, and the party, some exceptions can be made. If you are unsure whether or not your product would be accepted, fill out the form, and we will let you know.

    We have achieved worldwide recognition, media attention, press, notoriety, and a solid fanbase in a very short time. However, our venue and parties are still rather new, so we are unable to predict attendance. It is a guessing game, at best. So, while we can never guarantee how many people will be in attendance at any given party, what we can guarantee to our vendors is this;

    • VENDOR EXCLUSIVITY – no other vendor will be allowed to sell the same product you are selling (exceptions may apply depending on product).
    • FIRST CHOICE NEXT YEAR – previous year’s vendors get first shot at retaining their spot at the SAME RATE the following year. As our parties increase in attendance every year, this allows your spot to grow as our parties grow, without any rate increase.

    ***The “Saddle Sore Ranch Inc” is a non-profit organization registered in the state of Arizona, and is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All private parties held at this property are Charitable, to promote our Purpose, and thereby, all monies collected from the use of our facility, are donations. Any and all vendors who set up at our events are third parties, who are responsible for themselves. We simply provide the venue.***
